Run the cleaning cycle: Sage Barista Express

Steps
- Put the 1 CUP basket in the portafilter, lay the supplied cleaning disc in it, then drop one cleaning tablet on top.
From the manual: “Insert the 1 CUP filter basket into the portafilter, followed by the supplied cleaning disc, followed by 1 cleaning tablet.”
- Lock the portafilter into the group head.

- Fill the water tank with cold water and empty the drip tray.

- Switch the machine off with the POWER button.

- Press 1 CUP and 2 CUP together, add POWER, and keep all three held for about 10 seconds.

- Let the cycle run for about 5 minutes while water pulses into the portafilter and back into the group.

- Take out the portafilter and check the tablet has fully dissolved; if not, run the cycle again from step 4.

- Remove the cleaning disc, lock the portafilter back in with a container under it, and press 2 CUP to rinse.

- Wipe any splashes off the machine with a soft dry cloth.
