Notes from the research
  • No La Spaziale-authored Vivaldi II manual found online; every value comes from Chris Coffee's owner's guide (community). A La Spaziale 'S1 Vivaldi' use-and-maintenance manual (LSC 010, 2014, hosted by Espresso Parts for the Lucca A53) was not used: it never names the II and its lamp scale (85-120 °C) differs from the Vivaldi II's 91-97 °C.
  • Direct-plumbed with no reservoir, so tank and in-tank filter tasks are omitted; no in-line softener interval is stated.
  • No descale, gasket, portafilter soak, steam wand deep clean, drip tray, boiler water change or service interval.
