Steps

  1. Once: in standby open the settings, step to the cleaning limit, pick 50, 100 or 180 L, and save. Optional Only when: setup

    From the manual: “set the water usage limit for cleaning reminder (range: 50L / 100L / 180L)”

  2. Make sure the water tank has water in it before starting.

    From the manual: “Please make sure there is water in the water tank during the cleaning procedures.”

  3. Put the cleaning disc in the group handle with a suitable dose of cleaning powder.

    From the manual: “Place the cleaning disc in the handle with appropriate amount of cleaning powder.”

  4. Lock the handle into the group head.

    From the manual: “Put the handle on the coffee machine and enter the cleaning mode.”

  5. In standby, press the cleaning button once so the display reads CO CLEAN.

    From the manual: ““CO CLEAN” will appear on the LCD screen.”

  6. Press the program button within 5 seconds to start, or the machine drops back to standby.

    From the manual: “to clean the water circuit of the brewing head.”

  7. Let it run: three buttons light one after another, for about 6 minutes.

    From the manual: “this procedure will last for around 6 minutes.”

  8. When it has finished, press the manual button and run water until it comes out clear.

    From the manual: “Press the manual button release water until the water clears after the cleaning process is complete.”

  9. If NO WATER appears mid-program, refill the tank and press the program button to carry on. Optional
