Steps
- Unplug the grinder from the mains.
From the manual: “Before servicing, inspecting, or cleaning the grinder, unplug from mains electricity.”
- Check the grinder is off at the mains switch and the On/Off button is not pressed in.
From the manual: “Start by ensuring that the grinder is powered down at mains”
- Pull the upper and lower funnels down to free them from their pins and magnets.
From the manual: “Pull down to disengage the funnel covers from the pins and magnets”
- Pull each funnel off the body and set them aside.
From the manual: “then pull up/down to remove them from the main body unit and set them aside.”
- Brush the coffee residue off every surface in the grind chamber, burrs and wiper included.

- A wipe with a damp towel is fine if you want it. Optional

- Lift the bean dish off its pins and magnets and wipe it down. Optional

- Snap both funnels back in place before running the grinder again.
