Replace the dispersion screen: Slayer Single Group
Before you start
- Tools
- flat-head screwdriver, cleaning brush or towel
- Supplies
- replacement dispersion (shower) screen (Slayer original)
Warnings

Steps
- Scrub the portafilter gasket with a cleaning brush or towel to loosen oil and grounds.

- Take out the dispersion screw and screen with a flat-head screwdriver and rinse them in clean water.

- Wipe the face and sides of the dispersion block, and the portafilter body, with a clean damp towel.

- Throw away the old dispersion screen.

- Fit the new screen and secure it with the same screw, tightening by hand until snug.

- Give the screw a further quarter turn (90 degrees) with the screwdriver, and no more.
