Steps

1. Throw away the old filter.

   From the manual: “Discard the used water filter.”

2. Soak the new filter in cold water for 5 minutes.

   From the manual: “Soak the filter in cold water for 5 minutes.”

3. Rinse the filter holder under cold water.

   From the manual: “Wash the filter holder with cold water.”

4. Fit the filter between the two halves of the holder.

   From the manual: “Insert the filter into the two parts of the filter holder.”

5. Line the holder base up with the adapter inside the tank and push down until it locks.

   From the manual: “align the base of the filter holder with the adapter inside the water tank. Push down to lock into place.”

6. Fill the tank with cold water, slide it back in at the rear and lock it.

   From the manual: “Fill the water tank with cold water before sliding back into position at the back of the machine and locking into place.”
