Steps
- Allow about 1.5 hours for the whole descale.
From the manual: “Please ensure you allow approximately 1.5 hour to complete the entire descale process”
- If you have just used the machine, switch it off and let it cool for at least 1 hour first.
From the manual: “please ensure to turn the machine off and allow to cool for at least 1 hour before starting your descale process.”
- Enter descale mode from the pop-up, or from Settings > 'Descale Cycle'.
From the manual: “The machine will enter descale mode if you choose to descale from the pop-up message or if you choose 'Settings' > 'Descale Cycle'.”
- Follow each step shown on the touch screen until the process is complete.
