Steps
- Take the water filter out of the tank before any descaling powder goes in.
From the manual: “Ensure that the water filter is removed from the water tank before adding the descaling powder”
- Open Settings and choose Descale cycle, or accept the pop-up when it appears.

- Follow the steps shown on the touch screen until the cycle is complete.
