Steps
- Only do this if grounds are blocked between the burrs and the outlet. Start by removing the hopper.

- Set GRIND SIZE to 1, the finest setting.

- With a 10 mm socket, turn the burr nut clockwise just to loosen it; do not remove it yet.

- Set GRIND SIZE to 25, the coarsest setting.

- Unlock the top burr and take it out.

- Take off the nut, spring washer and flat washer, then carefully lift out the lower burr.

- Pull out the grind fan and its washers with long-nose pliers.

- Take off the tamp cover.

- Clear the grinds exit chute with the brush or a pipe cleaner.

- Brush the chute clean, then refit the tamp cover.

- Refit with the pliers in this order: felt washer, metal washer, grind fan.

- Refit the lower burr with its drive pin in the cavity, then the flat and spring washers.

- Tighten the nut by turning it anticlockwise.

- Refit the top burr and lock it.

- Refit the hopper and lock it.
