Steps
- Take the filter basket out of the portafilter and fit the blind filter.
From the manual: “Remove the filter basket from the portafilter and fit the blind filter”
- With brew water flowing, fit the portafilter loosely into the group and rock it back and forth.
From the manual: “While the brew water is flowing loosely insert the portafilter into the unit head, rotating the portafilter back and forth”
- Keep tipping the hot water out of the blind filter and going again. Repeat until the water runs clear
