Steps
- Check the softener's package for how many litres it lasts, and change it once that volume has been used.
From the manual: “Check the water softener’s package for its validity (quantity of litres)”
- Fill the reservoir with about 2 litres of water and put the new softener in it.

- Make sure the tubes sit in the reservoir and the vacuum trap is in its slot inside it.
From the manual: “Ensure that the tubes are inserted in the reservoir and that the vacuum trap is fitted in the dedicated space inside the reservoir”
- Wait 8 hours for the water to soften before using it.
From the manual: “Allow 8 h to elapse for water to be softened”
