Steps
- Unpack the new cartridge and prepare it as its own filter instructions say.
From the manual: “Unpack and prepare the filter cartridge according to the water filter instructions.”
- Lift the water tank lid off the top of the machine.
From the manual: “Remove the water tank lid from the top of the machine.”
- Push the cartridge into the filter adapter in the tank until it latches.
From the manual: “Insert the filter cartridge into the water filter adapter (1, Fig. 4) in the water tank until it latches in place.”
- Put the tank lid back on.

- If the Filter Reminder menu is hidden, show it: main menu, "Advanced User Settings", select ON. Only when: the first time you use the filter reminder

- In "Filter Reminder", set the letter (A, B or C) printed under the cartridge, or a volume in 5-litre steps up to 200 L.
