Steps
- Unplug the grinder before you start.
From the manual: “To clean the grinder, we recommend unplugging the grinder first.”
- Unscrew the lock ring by hand, turning it counter-clockwise as seen from above.

- Carefully lift the upper burr carrier straight up to expose the burrs.

- Loosen and remove the grounds with a brush or a vacuum such as a shop vac.

- Refit the upper carrier and lock ring; tighten the ring only lightly so it does not stick.

- If auto-grind now stops early or late, recalibrate: with the grinder empty, hold the auto-grind switch about 10 s until the motor runs, then let the cycle finish. Optional Only when: if the auto-purge misfires after cleaning
