Before you start

- replacement group seal (Speedster group seal (Arinca); order by machine number); group screen (Speedster group screen; replace every 12 months), optional
Warnings

Steps
- Hook the group screen extractor under the bayonet ring into the ridge on the screen’s side and lever gently, alternating left and right.

- Catch the screen as it drops out with the group seal still on it.
From the manual: “The screen will fall out together with the rubber group seal.”
- Pull the old seal off the screen; use a new screen here if it is due for replacement.
From the manual: “Remove the group seal from the group screen.”
- Fit the new seal on the screen with its more rounded face pointing up toward the group.

- Leave the seal short of the screen’s end rather than pushing it fully on.

- Take the filter basket out of the filter holder.

- Rest the screen and seal on the empty holder and push them up into the group.
From the manual: “Place group screen with group seal on the filter holder and insert into group, pushing upwards.”
- Rotate the holder into the bayonet, then take it off again.
From the manual: “Turn filter holder in bayonet, then remove filter holder.”
- Put the basket back in the holder and lock it into the group to press the seal fully home.
