Steps

  1. If beans are still in the hopper, close its tab first so none fall into the grinder. Optional

  2. Unplug the grinder, pulling on the plug rather than the cord.

  3. Undo the locking screw at the back and lift the bean hopper off.

  4. Undo the screw on the lid and take the lid off.

  5. Undo the screws holding the upper burr holder and open it.

  6. Clean the burrs and the other internal parts with a brush or a dry cloth.

  7. Where needed, finish with a vacuum cleaner or a blast of compressed air. Optional

  8. Refit the upper burr holder and the lid, then put the hopper back.

    From the manual: “Reinstall the Upper Burr Holder and Lid, before installing the Hopper.”

  9. Tighten the hopper locking screw.
