Steps

  1. With the grinder running, fit the bellows on the upper burr holder and pump it to blow out leftover grounds.

  2. Switch off and unplug the grinder.

  3. Turn the adjusting disc anticlockwise until it comes off.

  4. Lift out the upper burr holder.

  5. Brush both burrs clean with a dry brush.

  6. Brush out the outlet chute with a dry brush.

  7. Check the threads are free of grounds, then refit the upper burr holder and screw the adjusting disc back on.

  8. Turn the adjusting disc clockwise until it stops.

  9. Back the disc off anticlockwise to 10 on the scale, then set your usual grind.
