Steps
- Press the release button and lift the lid off the milk container.
From the manual: “Push the release button (D3) and lift the milk container lid (D1);”
- Pull out the milk spout and the milk intake tube.
From the manual: “Remove the milk spout (D4) and milk intake tube (D7)”
- Turn the froth dial anticlockwise to Insert and pull it out.
From the manual: “Turn the froth adjustment dial (D5) counter-clockwise to the “Insert” position (fig. 57) and pull;”
- Check the hollow and groove under the dial for milk; scrape the groove with a toothpick if needed.

- Rinse the dial seat under running water.

- Check the intake tube and spout are free of milk.

- Wash the parts in the top basket of the dishwasher.

- Or, by hand, wash every lid part in hot water and soak them in a bowl of hot water for 30 minutes. Optional Only when: without a dishwasher

- Reassemble the lid parts.

- Wash and rinse the milk container.

- Put the lid back on the container.
