Steps

  1. Put the 1-cup filter basket in the portafilter.

  2. Lay the cleaning disk accessory in the basket and press it down to the bottom.

  3. Put one coffee-machine cleaning tablet on the disk.

  4. Lock the portafilter into the coffee outlet.

  5. Fill the water tank and check the drip tray is empty.

  6. Hold the hot water button until the cleaning light blinks orange; the cleaning runs a few minutes and stops by itself.

  7. Remove the portafilter and the cleaning disk.

  8. Rinse the portafilter and basket under the tap.

  9. Refit the portafilter with a container under it and press OK to rinse.

  10. Take out and empty the drip tray.
