Steps

  1. Switch off, pull the plug and close the water supply valve before any cleaning.

    From the manual: “remove the plug and close the water interception valve before carrying out maintenance and/or cleaning operations”

  2. Lift the water tank out of the machine.

  3. Wash it with water and a neutral detergent.

  4. Rinse it thoroughly so no detergent is left.

  5. Put the tank back and return the silicone tubes into it.

  6. Refill with fresh cold drinking water.

  7. If the Maintenance Required prompt was showing, reset its meter now that the job is done. Only when: after a Maintenance Required prompt

  8. Open the drop-down menu, enter the settings screen (password if one is set) and arrow across to 'maintenance'. Only when: after a Maintenance Required prompt

  9. Touch its icon and set the number of dispensings for the next prompt with the arrow keys; 0 disables it. Only when: after a Maintenance Required prompt
