Bezzera Unica PID maintenance: what the manual says

The settings

Coffee mode temperature (CoF)

Range: 80 to 100 °C.

“Press the button (Fig. 08, pos. 1), the display will show the message “CoF” and pressing ”+” (Fig. 08, pos. 3) before the expiry of 3 seconds, you can increase/decrease the boiler temperature setting by pressing “+” or “-” (Fig. 08; pos 3 1).”

Factory setting: 90 °C

“The adjustment of the temperature in the boiler depends on many variables such as outside temperature, humidity, quality of the coffee, etc. and is set at the factory at the average temperature of 90°C for coffee mode and at 110°C for steam mode.”

Steam mode temperature (StE)

Range: 105 to 120 °C.

“Press the button (Fig. 08, pos. 1), until the display shows “StE“ and pressing “+“ (Fig. 08, pos. 3) before the expiry of 3 seconds, you can increase/ decrease the boiler temperature setting by pressing “+“ or “-“ (Fig. 08; pos 3 - 1).”
